Signed, sealed, and delivered!
Over four years of hard work and dedication from Evergreen East and our friends in the local mountain bike community we have a signed and approved mountain bike plan for Mount Spokane! Thank you to everyone who contributed over the years and helped make this dream a reality. Now the fun work can begin as we put tools in the ground.
First on the list will be construction of “No Alibi” to be designated trail #290. This will be a 100% new mountain bike only trail (the first of its kind in any State Park!) that will connect the summit to the snowmobile lot and ending at the 100/120/122 trail heads. In total we are looking at about 12 miles of brand new singletrack. This trail will be directional, allowing descending traffic only. The flags have been set, permits have been processed, and the trail is green-lighted for construction to begin as soon as the snow allows.
