In the MTB Foundations Level 1, we teach you everything you need to have fun and be a confident trail rider. New and experienced riders can all benefit from a focus on learning fundamental mountain bike handling and techniques. We focus on proper balance and body position and add a host of vital skills including braking, climbing, descending, and tight turns. All skills will be discussed, demonstrated and practiced with our instructors, then taken to the trail. For Ages 18 and Up.
