Update- The Carousel climbing trail is now connected to lower simple tools! This nice family friendly climbing route is a great alternative to the simple tools re-route and upchuck. Featuring mild grades with sweeping berms, it allows you to cover ground quite nicely and cut out some of the further east side climb. An excellent route for making a loop out of rabid rabbit.

Directions: Climb up simple tools from the Camp Sekani gravel parking lot, continue up simple tools climb and just a few yards after the lower switch backs there is a right turn off simple tools, head up the trail, reference the trail map here; http://www.trailforks.com/trails/the-carousel/
