After 2-1/2 years of long nights drawing on maps, writing trail descriptions, developing signage and safety plans, yelling and screaming in meetings, sleepless nights, and more gray hairs than we count, Evergreen East is proud to announce that the state has approved our 20-year development plan for mountain biking at Mount Spokane!
First project on the list to begin work on is the re-routes of trail 140. Expect to see trail crew banners and the new Mini-excavator out in thewoods there in mid-July. 140 will become a top to bottom trail friendly to all bikes now as we will be removing all of the uphill sections and the swamp. Expect to see many changes on the whole trail as we add pumpers, grade reversals, and some fun trail side kickers here and there to make the riding even better.
